Biblical Understanding based on the Record of Scripture
These studies argue that the beginning of the year is determined by viewing weather conditions in Israel that evidence the turn of the seasons. For many, that means the first visible crescent, viewed from Jerusalem, after the barley in Israel has reached the state of "aviv". This also argues that from the time YHVH chose Jerusalem, the instructions for keeping the Appointed Times would be based on the events that He determined to take place there.
Joining the dots. What is it that God has always wanted? Israel's refusal to do God's will over and over again. What of God's ekklesia and their destiny, is it any different? A prophecy of Solomon and a fresh look at Christ's role with the saints. Team dark's opposition to God's plan, and why the central focus will be what happens in the middle east. A look at the completion and institution of God's plan, that the Feast of Trumpets is a main focus of.
An alternate view for the appointed times. Were the Jews wrong in their timing method? A look at the continuity of the appointed times through the writings of Ezra and Nehemiah. What did the Gentile kings know that we might not know? Clues to what God has always wanted.
In analyzing any particular bible topic, there are some basic foundational things that need to be considered...like believing God when He tells us something. Many of us do not, and we need to fix that. This message deals with the answers that come to increase our knowledge of and about our God and Father, and about Jesus Christ, when we actually believe what the Bible, which is in fact truth, is believed. Jerusalem is ground zero for biblical events past and future, and studying what God actually says, and believing it, is key to understand more fully, the mind and purpose of our Father. If Jerusalem is important to Him, it might be wise to start thinking it should be important to us. God's ecclesia, are part of that plan.
A look at Daniel's example of conduct after the fall of Jerusalem. Why did he do what he did? Have you and I ever prayed in a similar fashion? What does it reveal about his heart and mind? The importance of parallel accounts for additional details. Solomon's amazing prayer, and does it have any importance for us today?
What is a chronicle anyway? If we are going to talk about something, it is best we define it. Did you know that the place where God put His name initially, was in Ephraim, at Shiloh, and not in Jerusalem? And that occurred for nearly 4 centuries? How is it that God rejected Shiloh, and with some whistle stops along the way, ended up in Jerusalem? The calendar is part of the whole Jerusalem story, but not the star of the show. Maybe we need to look beyond the trees so we can see the forest, and deal with the trees as they come along?

Proverbs 16:7-9 NKJV
When a man's ways please the LORD, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.
Better is a little with righteousness, than vast revenues without justice.
A man's heart plans his way, but the LORD directs his steps.
