Likewise, the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself (Father) makes interventions for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Now He who searches the heart knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

• Romans 8: 26,27 NKJV

For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together till now,

• Hebrews 12:10,11 NKJV

For consider Him, who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls.

You have not yet resisted to bloodshed (torture or death), striving against sin.

And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as sons: My son, do not despise the chastening of the LORD (Father), nor be discouraged when you are rebuked (corrected) by Him:

For whom the LORD (Father) loves He chastens (disciplines) and scourges every son He receives.

• Hebrews 12:3-5 NKJV

Therefore, we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin (distractions) which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,

looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (Father).

• Hebrews 12:1-2 NKJV

I press on the reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.

Let all who are spiritually mature agree on these things. If you disagree on some point, I believe God will make plain to you.

But we must hold on to the progress we have already made.

• Philippians 3:14-16 NLT

I don't mean to say I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me.

No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.

• Philippians 3:12,13 NLT

I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised Him from the dead. I want to suffer with Him, sharing in His death,

So that one way or another I will experience the resurrection from the dead!

And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to YHVH: Seven days you must eat Unleavened Bread.

On the first day you shall have a holy convocation: you shall do no customary work on it.

... The seventh day shall be a holy convocation: you shall do no customary work on it.

• Leviticus 23: 4-7 NKJV

In those days you (we) were living apart from Christ. You were excluded from citizenship among the people of Israel, and you did not know the covenant promises God made to them. You (we) lived in this world without God and without hope.

But now you have been united with Christ Jesus. Once you were far away from God but now you have been brought near to Him through the blood of Christ.

• Ephesians 2:12,13 NLT

But God is so rich in mercy, and He loved us so much

that even though we were dead because of our sins, He gave us life when He raised Jesus Christ from the dead. (It is only by God's grace that you have been saved!)

For He raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus.

• Ephesians 2:4-6 NLT

But God is so rich in mercy, and He loved us so much

that even though we were dead because of our sins, He gave us life when He raised Jesus Christ from the dead. (It is only by God's grace that you have been saved!)

For He raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus.

• Ephesians 2:4-6 NLT

Once you (we) were dead because of your (our) disobedience, and your (our) many sins.

You used to live in sin just like the rest of the world, obeying the devil-that commander of the unseen world. He is the spirit at work in the hearts of those who refuse to obey God.

All of us used to live that way, following the passionate desires and inclinations of our sinful nature. By our very nature we were subject to God's anger, just like everyone else.

• Ephesians 2:1-3 NLT

God (Father) has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made Him Head over all things for the benefit of the Church (called out ones).

And the Church (called out ones) is His body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with Himself.

• Ephesians 1:22,23 NLT

I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe Him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms.

Now He is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else-not only in this world but also in the world to come.

So God can point to us in future ages as examples of the incredible wealth of His grace and kindness toward us, as shown in all He has done for us who are united with Christ Jesus.

God saved you when you believed, and you can't take credit for this; it is a gift from God.
