Bible Topical Index

A Listing of Basic Scriptures by Subject

The Bible is God's revelation of His eternal plan. It declares His majesty and power and confirms His enduring commitment to His creation.

God's love for mankind was manifestly evident in sending Jesus Christ as His witness and as the sacrifice for our sins. Christ's death made possible the resurrection of God's children and the following establishment of the kingdom of God on the earth.

Therefore, our purpose in studying scripture must be to come to know both God and Jesus Christ and to learn to more fully fulfill God's will. We must learn to put our heavenly Father first in all we think and say and do, and to be His witnesses.

This Topical Index was compiled with the help of many individuals, but it has interent limitations. There is simply no complete set of scripture except the Bible. The verses were selected with various considerations, but fundamentally because they represent foundational principals of the record God gave us of His purpose and will.

Exodus 23:14-17 NKJV

Three times you shall keep a feast to Me in the year:

You shall keep the feast of Unleavened Bread (you shall eat unleavened bread seven days as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month of Abib, for in it you came out of Egypt; none shall appear before Me empty);

and the Feast of Harvest, the firstfruits of your labors which you have sown in the field; and the Feast of Ingathering at the end of the year, when you have gathered in the fruit of your labors from the field.

Three times in the years all your males shall appear before Adon Yehovah.
