Biblical Understanding based on the Record of Scripture
The phrase "the kingdom of God" and its twin the "kingdom of heaven" is used 100 times in the New testament. Who's Kingdom is it anyways? And does the phrase always refer to a single thing? Or does it have more than one utility? We look at one application of the phrase, and humanity's response to it becoming a reality.

Isaiah 12:1-3 NKJV
And in that day (Israel and Judah) you will say:
O Yehovah, I will praise You; Though You were angry with me, your anger is turned away, and You will comfort me.
Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; for YAH, Yehovah is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation.
Therefore, with joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.
