Biblical Understanding based on the Record of Scripture
The phrases "love one another" and "love your neighbor" show up in approximately 30 verses. Then we have the principle of "do to others as you want them to do to you". Yet when we see any relationship portrayed in the Bible, whether it is parent - child, teacher - student, employer - employee, or husband - wife, we see that the instructions for each side are not identical. In this study we focus on what it means to love your husband or your wife - how there are some things that are different, and some that are the same in how they should treat each other.
